Amid COVID-19 closures, The Pantry will be providing limited support. The Pantry will be distributing hampers June 15-16, 29-30, July 16-17, Aug. 4-5, 13-14 and Aug. 31-Sept. 1.
How it Works
1) Submit a hamper request form below
2) A SAMU staff member will contact you within a business day to book an appointment.
3) It is very important to show up for your appointment on time.
4) As campus is fully closed and to limit risk of exposures, hampers will only be distributed OUTSIDE of SPORT AND WELLNESS’ main entrance (corner 105 Ave and 108 St). Please DO NOT ENTER any buildings on campus.

Being a student is costly. The Pantry is a confidential service that students can access twice a month (the first between the first and 15th of the month, and the second between the 16th and the final day of the month), for a three-to-five day hamper of non-perishable food items. Hampers are available in regular, vegetarian, gluten free, vegan and no pork options.
The Pantry is available to all full- and part-time students.
How does it work?
First, fill out the request a hamper form (see below). If you have used the Pantry in the last year, please fill out a “returning clients” form.
You can choose from picking up a pre-made hamper, where our volunteers assemble a hamper for you, or a “build your own hamper” where you can go through the Pantry and build your own according to your taste (and with some guidelines from us). Once you’ve completed the form you can visit us in person at SA-223 where a volunteer will help you.
Help us minimize waste by bringing your own reusable bags!
The Pantry is open 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday- Friday
Want to donate?
