We’re excited to partner with MacEwan Sport and Wellness for some stress reduction activities, featuring free tea for attendees! This event is drop in and free to attend, so take a second and stop by. Meditation sessions are offered in 20 to 30 minute increments and include techniques such as breath work, meditation and mindfulness.
