STRATEGIC PLAN
The Strategic Plan is a five-year roadmap that provides the visionary direction for SAMU. The plan includes the Vision, Mission and Values of SAMU along with our Four Strategic Goals and the specific strategies (steps) for each that will help move us towards achieving our Vision.
