Downtown Block Party Recap

Sep 18, 2024 | SAMU News

As a part of back to school festivities, SAMU’s President and VP Governance and Finance toured around the annual Block Party with municipal, provincial, and federal leaders, as well as MacEwan’s top administrators.

Joining your student representatives were Councillor Anne Stevenson, MLA David Shepherd, and MP Randy Boissonnault, as well as MacEwan’s President, Dr. Annette Trimbee. This served as an opportunity to bridge decision-makers with students and the student experience, and we’re looking forward to continuing advocacy on behalf of SAMU members on issues that matter most to you.
