Join us for Roots & Rhythm: Afro-Caribbean Dance, a high-energy workshop celebrating the rich movement, music, and culture of the Afro-Caribbean diaspora. Learn foundational steps, explore vibrant rhythms, and connect with community through dance—no experience needed!

 Nourish & Empower

Mar 18, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM | SAMU Student Lounge (SA-216)

This wellness-focused event helps you build healthier habits from the inside out. Explore easy, affordable recipes designed for student life. You can learn directly from a nutritionist about fueling your body in a way that helps you better understand your health and make healthy choices that support your well-being.

Rest & Reset

Apr 1, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM | The Lookout 

Join us for a cozy, stress-free space designed to help you recharge before exams. Enjoy relaxing stations like yoga, therapy animals, mini massages, and a cozy corner with refreshing beverages, snacks and craft materials.

We’re also honored to welcome kihêw waciston Indigenous Centre, who will share wellness resources and knowledge with you through cultural practices. Come to connect and take a breath, you’ve earned it!
