Support kits

To support your wellness journey, we offer no cost support kits once per month. Each kit contains a curated list of wellness offerings to support a different aspect of wellness as well as your choice of additional support items. You may request a kit by completing the form linked above!

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR SUPPORT KIT

  1. Visit the Support Hub website or click the button below to access the Support Kit Account Creation form
  2. Complete the form, including providing your Student ID and myMacEwan email address
  3. After approving your account, the Support Hub will email you a link to log in and access your account
  4. When logged in on the Support Hub website, you can request a kit during the months they are offered and while supplies last

If you have already created a Support Hub account, you may request a kit by completing the Support Kit request form on the Support Hub website.

Picking up your SUPPORT KITS

Once you confirm your Kit, our support team will prepare it according to your specifications. We will notify you via email when it is ready for pick up. You will have the choice to select pick up in the Support Hub (SA-223) or at the first floor pick up lockers.

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR SUPPORT KIT

Support Kits are available during the Fall and Winter semesters. There is a Kit available for the following months during the 2026-2027 academic year: September, October, November, January, February, March

Each student is entitled to one Support Kit per month. Students may only request one kit per month as supplies last.

To request a kit, you will need to have an account on the Support Hub website. You only need to create an account once.

Creating an account on the Support Hub website is not the same as requesting a kit. To request a kit, you will need to complete the Support Kit request form each month. This form is located on the Support Hub website.

Must be a MacEwan Student to claim a Support Kit. You must request your kit with your MyMacEwan email address.

Once you confirm your kit, our support team will build it and notify you when it is ready for pick up (see directions above).

Support kit items are subject to change.

Support Kits are available on a first come, first served basis.
