Culture Cafe is a unique opportunity for you to build connections through global traditions, one sip and conversation at a time. Come on by and experience a welcoming space where you can appreciate and learn about different cultures and feel part of the SAMU community.

Our Culture Cafe will host events once a month, each featuring a cultural activity paired with an educational component to inspire connection across diverse backgrounds.

Each FREE event below will have all necessary materials provided and DO NOT require registration upon arrival.

Celebrating International Day of Sign Languages – focus on American Sign Language (ASL) and the Deaf community, hands-on, engaging workshop to introduce students to the fundamentals of ASL and Deaf culture.
