What is Fall Fest?
Fall Fest is SAMU’s largest welcome event. Hosted every year in the first week of classes, it features live music, food trucks, an 18+ beer garden, exhibitors and entertainment for all MacEwan students and their guests.

CONCERT DETAILS
Tickets: FREE EVENT for MacEwan students | $25 Guest*
Date: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2024 | 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: The Front Lawn of Building 6, by the Clock Towers
Entrance: You can enter Fall Fest through the doors beside Starbucks in Building 6
* Guest Tickets:
Guest tickets become available for purchase on July 31st, 2024 at 8am. Guest tickets must be purchased by a MacEwan student, must be 17+. Guests must pick up their tickets with the purchasing MacEwan student at a Will Call booth near the festival grounds on the event date.
This festival/event is subject to capacity restrictions. Admittance will be monitored to prioritize MacEwan Students throughout the event. Entry for those with Guest Tickets will be prioritized prior to 4:30pm. Re-Entry is not guaranteed.

*A party bus is available with limited seating on a first come, first served basis.
Parking:
Surface lot and covered parking is available on MacEwan Campus and Edmonton Downtown. The Building 7 Keyhole is closed to parking for this event.

Every year at Fall Fest, we provide a diverse selection of local food vendors. There’s something for everyone, including gluten and dairy free as well as vegetarian options. Drinks are available to purchase in our 18+ beer garden!

RULES
- Fall Fest open to all current MacEwan Students. Valid MacEwan Student ID or guest ticket is required for entrance to the festival.
- MacEwan students may purchase guest tickets for their friends and family who would like to attend Fall Fest. Guest tickets are available for purchase at the guest ticket link. Guest tickets are only available for purchase by MacEwan students. Guests must pick up their tickets with the purchasing MacEwan student at a Will Call booth near the festival grounds on the event date.
- The beer garden is only open to attendees ages 18+. Government-issued ID and valid MacEwan student ID or guest ticket are required for entrance to the beer garden.
- A baggage check will be in effect. Attendees will be required to have their bags examined before entrance. It is recommended that attendees store their bags before attending the event. Attendees who do bring their bags will be required to enter through a separate gate.
- This is a primarily standing event. Limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
- Beer Gardens will require drink tickets. Tickets will be available for purchase with debit or credit card only.
- Artist merchandise may be available to purchase.
- Do not drink and drive.
