Ticket Pick Up Dates
Students are required to pick up tickets for themselves and their guests prior to the event. Tickets will be available for pick up from the events team on the 2nd Floor of the SAMU Building at the following dates:

Liability Waiver:
In order to pick up tickets, students and guests must each complete a liability waiver. This waiver is available at the link below or at in-person ticket pickup at MacEwan University (second floor SAMU Building) or at WEM during designated pickup times. Tickets will only be released once the waiver has been completed.
Rules & Regulations
- In order to pick up tickets, students and guests must each complete a liability waiver. Tickets will only be released once the waiver has been completed.
- It is strongly encouraged to have the waiver filled out by all attendees before they go to pickup their tickets.
- Students may bring up to 3 guests to the event. Guest tickets must be purchased with a student ticket, and cannot be purchased on their own. Students may purchase up to 3 guest tickets in addition to their own ticket.
- Ticket quantity is limited. Tickets At The Door will only be available as supply permits. Follow SAMU on social media (@sa_macewan) for the latest updates.
- Students may only purchase tickets once. Students may only purchase one ticket at the student rate ($20), and any additional tickets purchased will be at the guest rate ($25).
- If an attendee loses their physical ticket, they are required to purchase a new ticket at the guest rate ($25). Purchase of additional tickets is subject to availability.
- Attendees must pick up their physical tickets within the pick up times mentioned above to be admitted to this event. Proof of purchase is not accepted for entry.
- This is an exclusive event that is not available to the general public. The event is only open to students and their guests.
- Refunds are not available for this event.
- Ticket prices are subsidized by up to 70% by SAMU for our members and their guests.
