SAMU is home to over 100 groups including alliances, clubs and grad committees. Each group serves to offer extra-curricular activities while celebrating MacEwan’s diversity on campus. Groups range from educational, such as the Anthropology Club and the Design Students’ Organization, to activism groups like the LGBTQ club InQueeries, and interest-based groups like the MacEwan Improv Club. Keep in mind that groups represent MacEwan University, must abide by all policies and procedures relating to groups, and are responsible to keep everything on the up- and-up with the Student Groups Department. For any questions or concerns, please contact the Director of Programs and Services.
As of Dec. 18, 2019, the SAMU Hub will no longer be operational. All resources will be available on the SAMU website.
