Promo Squad

The Promo Squad can be used by your department to promote the event or programs you plan to have throughout the school year. With face-to-face interactions between our Promo Squad and the student body, you are sure to generate real interest for your event or program.

Please note the following items:

  • We request a minimum of 10 business days of notice prior to the date of the promotion to help organize collaborations between your department and our team.
  • The Promo Squad will run on one hour shifts Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • No surveys will be conducted by the Promo Squad.
  • Station shifts depend on the availability of the tables. If no table is available for the date requested, options will be discussed with you.
