Full Marketing Request
This is a detailed form intended for initiating marketing projects that have been previously approved by the department head with the submitter knowing all the necessary information. Completing this form provides the Marketing team the required assets needed for your project and an opportunity for you to expand on project details. Please ensure your submission is completed a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the intended promotion start date.
Marketing Consultation Form
Use this form to schedule a meeting with the marketing team for any new or existing projects that fall outside of the bi-annual strategic marketing meetings. Once submitted, a member of the marketing team will reach out to you to discuss how we can help bring your project to life. Additionally, if your project requires new artwork or copy direction, it falls into this section. Please ensure all requests are submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the intended start of marketing promotions.
Reprint of Materials ( NO COPY CHANGES ) Form
Use this form to request reprint of previously approved printed materials. Please ensure all requests are submitted at least 3 days in advance. (Please note that this form is intended for reprinting purposes only, not re-design).
Promo and Student Leadership Squad Form
Separate from the marketing request form, use this form if you require the Promo or Student Leadership squad to promote an already existing project or asset.
Digital Marketing Request Form
Use this form to request changes or additions to digital assets such as the website, newsletter, and to have something featured on social media and the TV slides. It can also be used to update service operations or promote special offers in collaboration with MacEwan departments. Please ensure all requests are submitted at least 4–5 business days in advance.
Single Marketing Request (1 Item Only) Form
Use the Single Marketing Request (1 Item Only) form when you need one marketing asset—either an update to something created in the past two years or a brand-new asset.If you need more than one, please use the appropriate multi-item form instead. Typical timelines : Updates: 2 weeks, New assets: 4+ weeks (Plus additional time for printing/shipping.)
SAMU in the News Form
Use this form to request a written blog, social media post or photo opportunity highlighting specific accomplishments and initiatives of SAMU or Executive Committee. (Please note that this form is primarily for GAST use.)
Event Request Form
Use this form if you require services from the Events Team. The Events Team can help you with: event planning, logistics, FIMS requests, ticketing, invitations, RSVPs, facility bookings, and consultation and expertise. Once submitted, the Events Team will reach out to you or set up a meeting to discuss. Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks notice from your event date depending on the nature of your request.
Marketing Equipment Request Form
Use this form to reserve or request items from SAMU. Items include: Stage Backdrop, Teardrop Flags, Table Runner, Sticker Sheets, HappyOrNot Feedback Kiosk, Color Backdrops, Temporary Tattoos, SAMU Stickers, Fridge Magnet and General SAMU Brochures.
