SUPPORT KITS

 WELLNESS ON THE GO

Request a kit

To support your wellness journey, we offer no cost support kits once per month. Each kit contains a curated list of wellness offerings to support a different aspect of wellness as well as your choice of additional support items. You may request a kit by completing the form on this page.

OCTOBER KIT: GRATITUDE

  • 5 Assorted Affirmation Cards from NYSH Network
  • 1 KW Colouring Ally Booklet with Pencil Crayons
  • 1 KW Pin
Choice of 2 of the following items:
  • 1 Travel Toothbrush
  • 1 Pack of 24 Listerine Strips
  • 3 Under Eye Patches
  • 1 Pack of 6 Mini Travel Wipes
Choice of 1 of the following Items:
  • 1 Pack of strawberry seeds + 1 Planting Pot
  • 1 Hot Beverage Cup
  • 1 Hardcover Notebook (A5) with Matching Pen (From previous kit)

Your Support Kit is available at no cost. Simply fill out the form (linked on this page), pick your additional support items, and pick it up when we tell you it’s ready!

Request a kit

Picking up your SUPPORT KITS

Once you request a Kit, our support team will prepare it according to your specifications. We will notify you via email when it is ready for pick up.You will have the choice to select pick up in the Support Hub (SA-223) or at the first floor pick up lockers.

    • Support Kits are available during the Fall and Winter semesters. There is a Kit available for the following months during the 2025-2026 academic year: September, October, November, January, February, March
    • Each student is entitled to one Support Kit per month. Students may only request one kit at a time.
    • Must be a MacEwan Student to claim a Support Kit. You must request your Kit with your MyMacEwan email address.
    • Once you request a kit, our support team will build it and notify you when it is ready for pick up (see directions above).
    • To receive a Support Kit, you must submit a unique request each month.
    • Support kit items are subject to change. Our support team will contact you regarding any updates to kit contents and suggest available alternatives.
    • Support Kits are available on a first come, first served basis. We will notify students on this page if kits become unavailable.
