** STUDENT+ GUEST tickets can only be purchased by currently enrolled MacEwan Students. This includes tickets for BOTH the student and their guest. Availability is limited.

Meet Our Host: Vanity Fair!

Vanity Fair’s love and dedication to Edmonton’s Gay community is endless, with just over 20 years of involvement. Whether emceeing events or performing at shows and fundraisers, she adds a unique classic flair to any stage she graces. The gay community of Edmonton has provided her with so much love and support over the years. She definitely feels a need to give back whenever possible. Vanity’s flawless looks, humor, quick wit, and dedication to her craft make her a welcome addition to any event. As one of Edmonton’s local legends, she will keep audiences laughing and entertained for many years.

Additional Information

  • Students may only purchase tickets to attend one of the event dates, not both.
  • Bingo starts at 6:00 PM, and will conclude by 9:00 PM. Students may check-in at the venue starting at 5:00 PM.
  • A MyMacEwan email is required to purchase tickets. MacEwan ID will be checked at the door. 
  • Proof of ticket purchase and valid government-issued ID are required at the door.
  • Seating is general admission. First-come, first-served.
  • Each round will have NSFW (sexually explicit) prizes and SFW (not explicit) prizes available.
  • Prizes come in different sizes. Attendees may win one prize each. Smaller prizes will be provided to second-time winners.
  • Each attendee will be supplied with a new card for each game of bingo. We will play several full games of bingo with multiple rounds of prizing in each game.
  • Attendees can receive a ticket for our bonus raffle if they bring a non-perishable item to donate to The Pantry. See below for a list of required items.
The Pantry Donation List

We are unable to accept any items that are: fresh, homemade, opened/damaged, one year+ past expiry. Preferably, all food items that are donated are not bulk-sized or oversized; we don’t have the capacity to repackage items.

Common Donated Items:

  • Canned Items (vegetables, fruits, meats, soups [vegetarian & vegan] beans)
  • Grains (pasta, rice, gluten-free, oats)
  • Dried Items (beans/legumes, fruits)
  • Childcare Items (diapers, formula – cannot be expired, child-friendly snacks, wipes)
  • Hygiene Items (toilet paper, menstrual products, dental products, deodorant)
