There are many useful ingredients in The Pantry that any Macewan students can access once evert two weeks to receive a hamper of non-perishable food items which could last approximately 10-12 days. It’s a vital service that helps aid student’s wellbeing. Now, once you receive your hamper, what can you make with your supplies?

Some soups you can find in your hamper:

  • Tomato soup
  • Chicken Noodle Soup
  • Mushroom soup
  • Soups are a fantastic way to have a fast and easy meal for university students who are on the go. To make canned soups healthier, add some veggies like carrots, potatoes, broccoli, peas etc.

In your hampers there’s also some meats you could find:

  • Chicken
  • Tuna
  • Ham
  • Below are ideas of easy simple meals you can make with these proteins:
    • Sandwiches: Chicken, Tuna, & Ham
    • Salads: Chicken & Tuna recipe
    • Tuna Patties
    • Brown Sugar Glazed Ham
